3 Hour Course during the holidays and some weekends.

Group and One  to One Tuition Minimum group size 2 maximum group size 6  

Providing you can actually ride a bike you need no other skills to attend this course.

Learn the basic skills  and enjoy your mountain biking with confidence after spending time being assessed, tutored and then practising your skills with an experienced Mountain Bike Instructor.

The course aims to be fun, on both natural trails and some purpose built single track.

Mountain bike preparation (safety checks)
Riding position and use of relaxation and power.
Correct use of gears.
Braking
Correct Cornering techniques
Good Climbing techniques
Good Descending techniques
Single Track riding
Small Roll offs.

After completing the course you should be able to ride easier and moderate single track with confidence and be able to ride many of  the permitted natural trails in the U.K.
